How do I turn a Discord message into a task?
Capture the ask where it happens. Tiny Inbox keeps the message and its jump link together until you have time to decide what to do.
Short answer
Capture now. Decide later.
Install Tiny Inbox for your Discord user, then open a message's Apps menu and choose “Send to Tiny Inbox.” You can also use /capture for a new note. The result lands in your Inbox with a link back to Discord.
Discord capture is included on Free and uses a per-user install, so it works across servers and direct messages where Discord permits user apps.
Step by step
From source to inbox
Open the message menu
Right-click or open the actions menu on the Discord message you want to remember.
Choose Send to Tiny Inbox
Find Tiny Inbox under Apps and send the message. For your own quick note, use the /capture command instead.
Return to the conversation
The capture is done. You do not need to organize it while the conversation is still moving.
Clarify it later
Triage the captured message in Tiny Inbox and use its preserved jump link whenever you need the original context.
At the source
Could you send me the final mockup after standup?
In Tiny Inbox
Send the final mockup after standup
Discord sign-in and capture use the same Tiny Inbox identity, so there is no separate workspace connection to maintain.
